Thoracentesis, paracentesis, arterial and central lines, mechanical ventilation management and bronchoscopy (BAL and Therapeutics) and intubations
Must have two year critical care fellowship must have flexibility and be able to cope with a consistent varying workload in a fast-paced environment able to work effectively with nursing and physician staff in a professional manner excellent communication skills and ability to explain choices to patients and their family as well as the capability to work under pressure while making quick accurate decisions
